Instructions:
Right-click on above link and choose:
"Save Target (File) As";
Choose folder where you want to store file;
Download .zip file (28 MB);
Unzip file and run Setup.exe.  

File is guaranteed to be virus-free but it's always
a good idea to scan any downloaded file
for viruses before installing.
