This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Mountainman Distributors®, the producer of the screensaver in this package. By opening this sealed package or downloading & installing this product, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Mountainman Distributors® grants you the right to use one copy of the enclosed screensaver software program ("the software") on a single terminal connected to a single computer (i.E., with a single cpu). You may not network the software or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time.

2. Copyright. The software is owned by Mountainman Distributors® and is protected by United States copyright laws and their international treaty provisions. The images used in the software are also copyrighted and are owned by the artists. Therefore, you must treat the software and images like any other copyrighted material (e.G. A book or musical recording) except that you may either (a) make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the images or use them in any other form, or for any other purpose other than as screensavers.

3. Other restrictions: you may not rent or lease the software, or use it or any of the images contained within it for any commercial purposes whatsoever. You may transfer the software on a permanent basis, provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

4. You may not use, copy, modify or transfer the software or any copy in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this license.  All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Mountainman Distributors®.

5. It is understood that Mountainman Distributors® is not responsible for any damage or other problems resulting from the use of this screen saver.

Disclaimer: This screensaver is intended to provide you a beautiful burning fireplace on your computer screen.  Although every effort has been made to assure this program will work properly and not negatively affect any computer / monitor Mountainman Distributors® does not assume responsibility and is not liable, legally or otherwise, for any problems that arise from an individual's use of this software. Each user should independently verify all information before applying it to their computer and should independently determine both the pros and cons of using any Screensaver software before implementing it on his or her own machine.
